Steps to Follow

To obtain the Florida Real estate License

1.-Subscribe in the Pre-License course 63 hours most proximate. Subscribe Today!

2.-Fill the application (download here) and send it to the DBPR with the check (it can be a personal check), for the fees of $105. This application must be sent (all of the pages except the first two), to the following address:

3.-Send the digital thumbprints with a money order (they do not accept personal checks), for $61 to Promissor to the following address:

4.-Registrate in Promissor to take the state exam. It can be taken via internet http://www.pearsonvue.com/ (Promissor is now Pearsonvue). You can also make an appointment by phone: 1-888-204-6289 , 1-888-204-6230.

5.-Do not forget to review prior to taking the exam. Registrate in a CRAM course or consult with us and If we have any free spots you can retake the course at no cost. Pass the exam and obtain your license. Do not forget that you must solicit the GRADE of your exam, if you do not pass on the first attempt. You will have an excellent opportunity of understanding how the questions have been redacted and the answers that are expected of you.

 6.-If you have not selected a Broker, you will receive your license with status INACTIVE.

 7.-You already have your Florida Real estate License, CONGRATULATIONS.

 TO OBTAIN THE GEORGIA LICENSE.

 8.-Solicit the certification of your license in Florida by mail ($25 fees). Create the letter and send it to: 1940 North Monroe Street Tallahassee, Fl 32399-0783 with a check to the DBPR for twenty five dollars.

9.- Solicit your criminal record in the state of Georgia, in any police station. (Cost is aprox. $15). It does not need to be

 10.-Fill the application APLICACION "GREG RECIPROCAL" and send a money order (they do not accept personal checks) with the actual fees being $170 with the Florida certification and the criminal record. It can be taken there personally or sent by mail to:

11.- Wait for your Georgia license to arrive in approximately a week or two. You DO NOT need to choose your broker before applying. You will receive a license with inactive status. Once you have your license you will be able to choose where to place it.
